Free Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in will receive a full refund.
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 4 and 7 days before check-in will be refunded 50% of the total booking amount
No Refund: Cancellations made 4 days before check-in or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the stay.
Unexpected Changes? If you need to modify your stay, we will do our best to accommodate you, depending on availability.

The maximum occupancy for each room is two.
We love families, but our space is best suited to adults or older children. If you’re
traveling with little ones, please reach out before booking.

Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Outdoor smoking is allowed in designated areas—please dispose of waste responsibly.
Open flames (candles, fire pits) are not permitted without prior approval due to local fire regulations.
Out of respect for all guests and neighbors, we ask that quiet hours be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Please treat the space with care and let us know if anything is damaged or not working.
Breakfast is served from 7-9am. We offer a simple breakfast of pastries, cereal,
and yogurt. We also have a full breakfast and smoothie menu to choose from for
a more hearty breakfast experience.
Aperitivo and afternoon tea can be arranged upon request (please provide four
hour notice for afternoon tea).
We are happy to accommodate dietary restrictions with advance notice.
For everyone’s safety and peace of mind, guests will be asked to sign a brief agreement upon check-in. This form includes:
